Acer UK’s first above-the-line campaign for Chromebook, developed with our team, playfully contrasts tech frustration with the ease of Acer’s user experience. Featuring comedy duo Stevie Martin and Lola-Rose Maxwell, the digital and social films use relatable humour to dramatise the everyday pain of slow, clunky laptops before revealing Chromebook as the simple, stress-free alternative.

I led the design side of the project, developing a distinctive visual style that brought the humour and simplicity of the idea to life across every touchpoint. This included creating the full visual guidebook, OOH executions, bespoke digital formats, and a suite of digital banners. By blending lighthearted storytelling with a clean, consistent design language, the campaign positioned Acer Chromebook as the smart, effortless upgrade for anyone ready to swap “Arrrgh” for “Ahhhhh".
